When everything just falls in line
We live an’ learn from our mistakes
The deepest cuts are healed by faith”

“And through timeless words and priceless pictures
We’ll fly like birds not of this earth
And tides they turn and hearts disfigure
But that’s no concern when we’re wounded together”

“So fail. Be bad at things. Be embarrassed. Be afraid. Be vulnerable. Go out on a limb or two or twelve. You will fall, and it will hurt. But the farther you fall, the higher you will rise. The higher you rise, the clearer your future becomes. Failure is a gift, welcome it. There are people who spend their whole lives wondering how they became the people they became, how certain chances pass them by, why they didn’t take the roads less traveled. Those people aren’t you. You have front row seats to your own transformation and in transforming yourself, you might transform the world. It will be electric, and I promise it will be terrifying. Embrace that; embrace the new person you’re becoming. This is your moment. I promise you, it is now, not two minutes from now, not tomorrow, but really now. Own that, know that deep in your bones, go to sleep every night knowing that, wake up every morning remembering that, and keep going.” —(via aliehs) (via meni) (via crowned) (via deadshot) (via srsly) (via unicornology) (via dddanielle) (via jll)

sometimes i wonder

what i did before tumblr? where did i put all these wonderful little things i find?

its no coincidence that as soon as i found tumblr i started to really embrace my creativity and follow the path i’ve always wanted to. and its WORKING. i’ve created myself a career out of nothing in less than 6 months.

tumblr is good for the creative soul. i love seeing what you guys find on the interwebz, and i love it when people like the stuff i’ve found. it’s so simple but it just…works.

THE PAGE OF WATERDROPS

Planning your strategy. A funny little Page sees his coveted waterdrop through a jungle of ridiculous hair. He has confronted the issue and cannot help but laugh. He begins his journey.

What you desire is easily attainable. There will be ridiculous obstacles in your way, however — none of them in the least bit insurmountable.

It is important for you not to become annoyed at this time. To hold on to your sense of humour and appreciate, as much as you can, poetic irony, with which your quest is fraught.

If you keep your eye on the ball, take one step at a time, and indulge in a sundry of other hackneyed clichés, you will attain your goal and make it through the silly hairdo unscathed. If you panic or let the journey dismay you however, you will become entangled in the thing that keeps you from your prize.

THE VIII OF FEATHERS

Accomplishment of the impossible. The VIII of Feathers enables you for an astouding coup over what your previously assumed inconceivable.

What should have been impossible you find/will find feasible. Like, for instance, lifting a house. Yet you see it is really as light as a feather.

The Muse is upon you, mon vieux, and I’m jealous. Now is a time of great achievement and inspiration. Don’t you dare say “I can’t,” because, for the nonce, you sure as shit can!

Potent talent and skill — the world at your feet

The omnipotent Ace tells you that you are ready. That you have studied, worked, reworked and mastered your Art, and that you may now leave the cocoon, spread your wings and fly.

This card has more to do with your career than anything else. And now is the time to advance to the next level. If the doors are not already open, I think you will find that they are at least not locked.
